Together, these two courses offer the skills need to become proficient and productive using Microsoft Outlook, the most popular personal information and management application in use today. The training will prepare an individual for the Microsoft Office Specialist (Office Specialist or MOS) certification, which is the globally recognized standard for validating expertise with the Microsoft Office suite of business productivity
